My package it shows that parcel is successfully delivered but I didn’t get any call or something to receive it and i also check my door and everything there is nothing. When I’m trying to open the website for tracking it’s not working like it’s not showing anything. Can u guys let me know what's going on? I can’t find any way to contact the shipping holder or someone who is responsible for this. I need my money back or either i want my package. I waited for this parcel for 1 month.

I have to parcels coming from China Post to Canada and when I check the tracking it says it’s out for delivery, that’s from China post . My package says delivered, i never received it. When I looked on the map it says it’s in Kansas somewhere, I live in Wisconsin. My package says delivered in Wisconsin on the tracking information but it was taken somewhere in Kansas. It was sent over by China post some says it was delivered to Wausau Wisconsin. Please check for me - what does 送交承运商 mean, exactly? Does it mean that the package was given to Koreapost? Is the package still in China? Or has it left China? Please help me.
