How do I contact china post to get the USPS tracking. Package came from China with AT386880735CN, however the tracking number gets changed and I dont have it. Package was sent with out a street address. It has my full name, city, state, zip and phone number but didnt have my street address. I was in touch with my local Laguna Niguel postmaster, But package was still returned to sender which I guess is the legistic company that relabels it with new USPS tracking number. How do I correct the package address to include my street as I do not have USPS tracking number. Package returned to sender two days age. PLEASE HELP!!!

I have been told that my package AM341948985CN has been delivered April 28, 2024 22.29 but it is not at the address! I have not gotten it! Where is my package and where has it been delivered? Sincerely

Please check for me - what does 送交承运商 mean, exactly? Does it mean that the package was given to Koreapost? Is the package still in China? Or has it left China? Please help me. My parcel from Australia to HK (LK143287754AU) is cleared and awaiting international departure in Guangzhou since 10 March. I contacted Australia post and they said to call China customs. Will this help speed the process up of getting my parcel delivered to HK? It’s a neighbouring city. This is a big concern.
