I had ordered this back in March and have been tracking it since, it has now been in the same spot at your China Post since April 11th and I have not heard back from the company when I contacted them, and now they’ve mysteriously deleted their whole entire homepage. I expected this to be here by now, and not only was that strange enough but when I checked the tracking number for the package from the China delivery service that it’s in the “hands of” since April, it says that that package has not moved. I would like to know what’s going on and receive my order or my money back since the company I had ordered from must’ve been a scam but the package still managed to ship out. Please help me, if you’re unable to I might have to contact authorities about this whole situation and since it was a lot of money and I don’t think they’d be able to help. I had saw the ad for the digital camera on tiktok and there were comments about it so I assumed it was legit and now I’m stressing. This is very frustrating for me so I hope to receive help asap.
