My Paket has not been delivered/ it is not at my new or old address

I contacted you earlier that my address was wrong (it changed my address when I went from the ad to the store back to my old address and I didn't notice at first) I got an email from you that you changed the Address, but I haven't got any Paket or notice for a Paket.
I also filled out a Nachsendeantrag (a form to fill out at the German post to make them send you a Paket if you moved) that also seem to not work. I can't see any information here where the Paket was delivered to where is it ?

It said my package was in my town then all of a sudden said it was delivered so i went to go check but didn’t find anything. Once i tracked it the address was changed to someone in California when i’m in Indiana!???? my tracking number is AG555497756CN. I’m very annoyed as the package was very expensive and this is very annoying. I don’t know how the address would’ve changed and got delivered to someone who isn’t me. What can you do for me i would like a refund

I want to know if a delivery address on a package can be changed? i have a tracking number ZA01956122301 but i want the delivery in a different state (in Victoria instead of South Australia) is that possible?
