Can I get a refund of the item?

It's not what I wanted, it's the Cute doll. The box is mess up. I would like to send it back, and get a refund of this item.
Please let me know. I'm in Canada, Nova Scotia.

You need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and ask for the address and phone number to return back.

Hi,
The item i posted was returning products that were fake and miss sold to me by a scammer, I opened the case with paypal and i had to return the items to the scammer to get a refund. The tracking number is RN655403884GB. The item arrived in customs on the 9/06/2020. it is now the 29/06/2020 which is 20 days on and it has not moved. What is happening with my item as I cannot receive the refund i deserve until it gets delivered?

I posted an item back to China to try and receive a refund on an order that was not right.
The item had value hence trying to return it.
