Can you tell me if this package is lost so I can refund? :(

Bought $500 worth of items in july that have not arrived. Please tell me if I should Refund these. re082059549hk (No scans since august 10th)

It's not lost. It's delayed. You'd better wait for more days to update showing it arrives in the US. If you couldn't receive it untill October 8, you'd better contact the seller to refund you as soon as possible.

but only big one arrived .. I think they could lost my parcels.. because its really small.
