Hi, the Aliexpress return stuck at customs, there are on updates since 24th of October.
Current status is "Handed over to customs".
Could you please help me out and find the package.

Hi Alexander,

It's stuck at the customs now. It should be waiting for the receiver in China to declare to the customs. You'd better contact the receiver in China to ask if he has received the notice from the customs. If no, let him check through authorized tax collection system (http://int.ems.com.cn/mailtax) to check or call China customs service number 12360 to check.

Hello, I sent a package through USPS to China back in November of 2021. It has made its way to China, however has been stuck in customs since December 9th, 2021. There has been absolutely no movement and I have no idea how to contact China customs to see what I need to do. My items are not prohibited, so I’m not sure why they are being held. I may need to pay a customs fee but I need help on figuring out how to do so. The tracking number is USPS CJ190449362US.
