I´ve sent a parcel with defective products to be repaired. CC016584145ES
It´s stopped in Chinesse customs. My supplier says doesn´t know ho to do.

Hi JORGE,

It's still stuck at the customs waiting for the declaration now. You need to let the supplier call the customs service number 12360 to check what happends to it as soon as possible.
