I was wondering how to send packages using China Post International Small Parcel? Do you do it online because every post office that I visit didn't offer this option.

In general, some large post offices in China offer International small parcel service. I think the offices you went are too small. You'd better go to the one in the city center to ask.

In fact, if you often use this service, you could use a agent to sent it for you by using China Post International Small Parcel. They could give you a discount. Let me know your city if you need one.

I need a parcel under 2kg collected at Address: No.1 Haiderui Road, Xiaofeng, Anji, Zhejiang, China, ZIP Code: 313301 and delivered to Cape Town South Africa. Can China post international small parcels collect from this China address and deliver to South Africa?
