thanks, but we cannot understand why the receiver is responsible, there is no custom paper work required as it is not a commercial tranaction, it is a simple shipping proceedure with an item being returned
can you let me know where to end claim for lost package, this is our business laser module and we had to buy another one because this one was never deliverd for repair, and we need to make claim now if you will not deliver please, the value is about 900USD so can you let us know that this can be cleared for delivery today before we process any claim as it should be a very simple solution to just deliver the item please
