As you shipped through Parcelforce, you need to contact them to claim compensation in time.

you have the package, you have the invoice, you have the responsibilty why will you not deliver and fulfil your obligation?

LA700993186CN my package has been stuck on flight departure since June 18th. no updates no nothing. the item should arrive by the 23rd but that’s very unlikely since even the local post office don’t have it. has the item been lost in transit?
