Customs clearance awaiting payment

According to the post tracking, my two parcels are awaiting payment to clear customs. How can I pay? I don't see a way to do it on the website.

My package is stuck in China Customs awaiting payment.
Who, how and and how much do I make a payment to to release the package to its destination.
One would think this would be an option on this web page. (To track, trace and pay for said items).
