customs clearance process yet to be finished with 29 days

Dear
My package 05168926719242 still in customs clearance since 1st,June.
Why it takes so long?
Before that, the longest customs process is my carrier is 14 days.
I thought it also a trouble for Belgium customs to held the cargo so long time in the air port.

After that your tracking shows "Delivered", but that is wrong. I was at home and nobody delivered any package! Also no further information received.
