Shenzhen City, waiting for the recipient to submit the declaration materials to customs
for three weeks now since the parcel arrived at your city.
Recipient already submitted the declaration materials and receipt to the customsfor past one week now, but than the situation hasn't changed at all. How long should I wait? I really want to know what's going on here. Please help me.

I recently sent a package from Singapore to Shanghai, and now my package is stuck in "Shanghai, pending the recipient's submission of declaration materials to the customs, Shanghai International Customs Broker". Since this package is a surprise gift, the recipient in Shanghai has no knowledge regarding the presence of this package. Is there anyway for me (the foreigner sender) to submit the declaration materials to the customs myself? My tracking number is EZ006500565SG. Please check it out for me. Thank you
