I ordered my stroller March 23rd and didn’t receive an update until April 19 that it had only been transported to Shanghai. I’m not completely sure how shipping from China works right now due to the pandemic but I just want an update on my stroller since I’m due to give birth any day now. I’m desperate at this point. My tracking number is CP299583407CN. I’ve messaged before with no location of where I live and you guys responded saying my package was coming to a country I dont live in which means you’re all just giving faulty answers. I need to know where my package is so if it’s not coming I can work on getting a refund from the company. This is extremely unprofessional. It’s 3 months people I have a baby coming in 30 days and can’t wait the 30-60 days you request. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP AND RESPOND
It's still in transit to the USA now. It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in the USA after it was delivered to air transport. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update in two months, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.
