Hi, my order says it couldn’t be delivered. RH991994140CN. Can u please help me find it or to reschedule delivery?

Hi Gourish,

USPS said it will be delivered again in the next business day on Dec. 1. You'd better contact USPS to confirm your address.

My package sent from Peking to Berlin via SF.Express. says "inbound failed" after it is out for delivery in Germany.
I would like to know what exactly does this mean, like shouldn't inbound failed means that the package is stuck at custom? Is it even possible that a package is inbound failed after it is out for delivery?
