Delivery has not arrived. LM123106047CN

Hello,
Is it possible to determine who has accepted the delivery (LM123106047CN).
I was not at home and a neighbor did not accept them either.
According to tracking information they should have arrived, but they are not.

Tracking result shows it has delivered successfully by DPD epacket on Nov. 2. Not sure who accepted it. You'd better call DPD epacket to ask for details.
