Hi THEREDS28,

It has left China and is in transit to UK now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 15-30 days (after it left China) to have further update showing it arrives in UK.

my order says it's in Guangzhou, Guangdong, China. It seemed all good when it departed from transport hub, but today I got a notification from my tracking app saying there were issues in processing by customs authorities. What does this mean?
