MY PARCEL HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED ZA0600048801 WAITING 28 DAYS AND NOT RECEIVED PARCEL - CANNOT GET HOLD OF SELLER AND CANNOT GET IN CONTACT WITH YOU - WHO WAS THE FINAL COURIER - WAS IT ROYAL MAIL IN THE UK - PLEASE UPDATE ME ASAP - THE PARCEL IS NOT WITH NEIGHBOURS i HAVE BEEN HOME ALL DAY AND NO PACKAGE

Hi, I have a question regarding my delivery LZ018836505CN.
The delivery is EMS ePacket.
When I ordered I was given between 7 to 14 days for delivery.

Probably it is only to a service point.

Could you please send me a POD, Proof Of Delivery, where I can see who has signed the delivery?

Or maybe you can inform me the contact information to the local transportation company who has made the delivery?
