I ordered an H1 projector from Yeescroemin. The tracking says it arrived but all I received was a cardboard phone viewer. The projector is not here.

Hello. We bought projector from China and now its broken so we need to ship it back to China from Thailand (Koh Phanga 84280) Can you tell a price if you use EMS for shipping. It’s been 4 months now and my pack is constantly lost and re sent then shipped back then back to you guys again then you ship it to yourself , there apart of the Chinese system of committing fraud steeling peoples money and making you think your actually going to get your package then next thing you know it’s shipped back and company says they will send it again and refuse to give refunds, lawyers are looking into all of this , pure incompetence!
