Tracking EA542404849CN has finally arrived in the UK but it has taken a VERY long time, how do I complain to China Post? I am not calling to China due to the cost so does China Post EMS have an email for complaints? I paid extra for EMS but it is a very disappointing service.

Hi 0111000,

Is it an order from a seller in China? If so, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem. Shipping is taking longer due to the pandemic. The delivery time for EMS packages couldn't be guaranteed now. It may be delayed. The seller should let you know this.

The delivery information is not correct as it is not a delivery made to me.
Probably it is only to a service point.

Could you please send me a POD, Proof Of Delivery, where I can see who has signed the delivery?

Or maybe you can inform me the contact information to the local transportation company who has made the delivery?
