Hi Chiny,

China Post doesn't send an email in the event of a failed delivery. Some courier in destination country may notice the receiver if the delivery was failed. You'd better track it often to see if it's normal.

My package sent from Peking to Berlin via SF.Express. says "inbound failed" after it is out for delivery in Germany.
