No one from customs has contacted me and my package has been there for 6 days. How can i get it?

Hi Sarah,

Are you the receiver in China? If so, you'd better check your phone message to see if the customs has sent you the message in Chinese.

This is quite frustrating now.
Package EH027948155NL was known to be stuck in customs and awaiting tax payment. I contacted the receiver and apparently they were told they needed the logistics carrier to contact customs to advise what was in the package even though I sent it with the customs form.
