Hi my parcel seems to be stuck at Customs and I have no idea how to reach customs or pay the pending taxes?

Hi Liza,

You need to contact the receipient in China to pay it for you. The receipient can use WeChat to finish payment. Just search 'ems 邮件代理报关' from WeChat Mini Program（微信小程序). Then, click '缴纳税款' to finish payment.
