hello! my parcel CR925888462SG has been held in custom for almost a month now. item cleared shanghai customs but not the one in guangzhou. parcel has also been previously sent to me as the parcel i am sending back is a return parcel from taobao. what should i do? have asked recipient to contact custom but there is no reply yet.

Hello, I sent a parcel to China (reference EK807389304GB) which is currently being held for custom import charges clearance at ZHENGZHOU. However the recipient said that he doesn't want to pay and will not make contact with custom authorities, leaving the parcel where it is. Is there a way of speeding up the return to sender without waiting for customs expiry time (which I believe is 21 days)? Can you advise please?
