How to claim if i dont remember who is the seller?

It was a Christmas Tree for my grandkids (Christmas Tree Ferris Wheel and say delivered on Nov 10, 2025 and i never got the item. asked my neighbors, post offices and our offices. I dont remember the seller website. but i do know that the item request went threw an email from Jiniiang International Sales Department to Quanzhou City processing center. the tracking number given online was ZA02892608501 Chines tracking number not proper number for US. please help if you could

Hi Ana Garcia,

Sorry, we couldn't know where you buy it. If you don't get it and couldn't contact the seller, you can only try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time. If you pay through Paypal, open a case from Paypal to get refund in time.

I have been in touch with Australia Post, who claim there is no Tracking Number. My original No.
AG191175072CN has been excellent throughout the process, and am not sure what my next move should be to recover the Package. I don't remember if I opted for Insurance! Thanks in anticipation.
