I have been in touch with Australia Post, who claim there is no Tracking Number. My original No.
AG191175072CN has been excellent throughout the process, and am not sure what my next move should be to recover the Package. I don't remember if I opted for Insurance! Thanks in anticipation.

If you don't get it, you can contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. The seller can require China Post to do a formal trace investigation for you.

AUS post told me to call China customs (3 replies)

My parcel from Australia to HK (LK143287754AU) is cleared and awaiting international departure in Guangzhou since 10 March. I contacted Australia post and they said to call China customs. Will this help speed the process up of getting my parcel delivered to HK? It’s a neighbouring city. This is a big concern.
