I have sent a package EC165429746BE from France to China. After it’s being held by custom, I have sent the invoice to my recipient to do the declaration online but the custom review is failed. May I know the reason why and how can I do to clear custom because the invoice is already submitted but still failed? What will happen if the custom can’t be clear then? Please any help is truly appreciate.

I bought fishing reels and rods from Japan and sent to my agency’s address in Fusan, Guangzhou, China. Currently, some packages are arriving in custom, Guangzhou custom post.
I didn’t check properly with my agency. Unfortunately, they don’t have custom clearance service.

My package is held by custom since 3/9/2021 in Beijing. My tracking number is RC721851020SG. What’s the issue and how long will it to clear the custom? My package is meant to deliver Guangzhou. Please kindly advice. Thank you so much
