Hi,
We have placed an order (Order no - TFC38878 - Fully automatic roti and chapati maker.) on 21 May 2025, but we have not received our order yet. I have tried to track the order with tracking number - GZ0000592902YQ).
The last update is available on the tracking website - like it had been delivered at Munchen 81477, but we have not received it yet. Also there is no update after 29th may in tracking information.

Could you please check where my order is?.

Good morning!
Tracking my order I found out that it has been delivered since 18/10/2023, but I have not received anything. Can you please help me? Which post office is supposed to do the delivery in Greece, and is there any possibility of changing the tracking number and which could it be?

Hi, I placed an order on the 15th of January and the estimated delivery time was 28 January to 4th of February, I still haven't received my order and tracking tells me that it has been stuck in London for 11 days. I had another order that I placed after this one, and I already received it. Is this package lost? What can I do to get it? My order number is GSHMBK000000CWE
