I have 2 packages china post says delivered and never came

I have an order 191-ruim(komon0019073454yr tracking#) and an order 178225-573787(za03384417701 tracking) and neither has been delivered. This has gone on since oct-nov and I have been very patient but that is over.

I contacted the business by email no reply. It mentioned China post to USPS no record found from my local post office of such tracking number that exist.
