I ordered a product from a website and it ship out on 23 April 2020. Today (3 June 2020), i still have not received my product. I know the covid-19 situation has affected the shipping but its more than one month. I don't understand why from shenzhen, it goes to guangzhou and then back to shenzhen? Why can't it comes to my country directly. At this rate, i think my product will never arrive this year.
