I think my package is lost, tracking is LZ931025829CN

Hi i think my package is lost, it has been over 2 months since it was sent, estimated to be 14 days arrival, and hasn’t been updated in over a month.
Can you confirm it is lost so that my supplier can ship me a new one?

It's not lost but delayed. I suggest you wait for another 20 days to see if there will be update showing it arrives in Australia.
