Hello, my package from Singapore to China is still in transit since it's been despatched on 31st March 2022. Where is the whereabouts of the package??

It should be stuck in the middle location. You need to contact Singapore Post to further check it for you.

Hi, thank you for the reply! I've contacted Singpost and they said they're waiting for China side (overseas postal administration) to reply them before Singpost knows the details too. If it had left Singapore, how would it be in the middle of location though? Wouldn't it directly to China?

Hi, I have parcel with tracking number LV454185927CN. It has been stuck in transit since March 19. More specifically since Apr 5 , it has been on airline departure. How much longer do I need to wait before I should start a paypal case? Is it lost? I also noticed that tracking from china post and China EMS post is slightly different. Can you tell me which one is correct as China EMS post noted that it arrived at destination country but then had an airline departure again.
