Hi James,

You need to contact Royal Mail to change the address and ask for re-delivery.

According to the tracking information, there appears to be an exception in the delivery process, as no recipient was found.
I think it might have to do with my address being incorrect. The house number might not have been on the recipient. How do I contact china post on this matter? Is it only by +861011185 or is there also an email contact available? My local postal service is not able to help me out, unfortunately.

The delivery address is incorrect. The courier did not deliver the package to the incorrect address.
The person living at Corso Vittorio Emanuele 6 does not have the package.
Who is the Italian courier company that was supposed to deliver the package? Thank you.
