I have received a small parcel to Italy from the following address:

I have not ordered this item (Gucci socks). I would like to email the company which sent it. Would you have any advice how I could do this please?
(incorrect delivery by order made on a website but they don't respond from the email address indicated -I've order shoes)

If they couldn't be connected through email. You may be cheated by them. I have seem many people been cheated like you. They all receive Gucci socks instead of what they ordered.

I ordered a pair of Dr. martin boots and got a scarf.. fist I would never pay that kind of money for a scarf .. I am beyond mad... this is a complete disaster.. I have emailed several times with no response..
