My code is RV308157515CN, I would like to have more information about my order that has the status "Logistic order created" since 01/01/2020. What does that mean? What does RV at the beginning of the code mean? How to get more shipping details?

Hi Marcos,

There is no tracking information for it. Possible reasons:
1. China Post doesn't provide tracking service for this kind of package.
2. Only the seller could track it in seller's platform.
3. The seller hasn't shipped it.

You'd better contact the seller to ask.
