My order Number LZ232772488CN has been in the same status for a week now and is not progressing. I want more information about what's happening.

Hi Jesus ramirez,

There is no tracking information for it after April 23. If it's stuck for over 20 days, it's not normal. Then, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution from the seller in time.

Hi there,
I hope you can help me. I ordered something from Aliexpress on 20th April, and apparently it was handed over to the airline on 23rd April. It's 25th May and when I track it, it appears as it was in Singapore and now its location is "UNKNOWN". It also says "Information Received – Item En Route to Postal Facility (with the date of 23rd April). Could you please let me know where my parcel is? It seems to me that it could have easily got lost somewhere and neither the seller nor the post service (CAINIAO) have any clear answers for me. Same thing happens with parcel LB130652768SG: it appears as "UNKNOWN". What does that mean, exactly?
I'm also looking for some information about parcel with tracking number LB132494512SG, as this one seems to have some more information but I don't understand if it is already in the UK or not.
