I have returned a parcel from Ireland to China and I had the person receiving the parcel check on its status and they have been told that the parcel is lost. How do I claim for compensation as this is €70 I expect to recieve back as it was sent tracked and made it to China and lost by the post office not me?
I’ve ordered a parcel from China using China post, since then it arrived in Australia but now they are unable to locate it reporting its lost. They told me to notify China post about what’s the next step to take since my parcel is considered lost. Tracking number is LX213545510CN
My parcel well arrives in China since a month now but it hold by custom statut EME. I have asked the seller to deal with the customs and he says that the parcel is lost. What can I do how can I contact China post to get an answer ?
It's not lost. It's stuck at the customs in Guangzhou. You'd better let the recipient in China call China Post service number 11183 to check it.
