I can't understand if my parcel is stuck in China or got lost


The 6th of January I sent a large parcel (13 kg) from Nanjing, China to Milan, Italy through SURFACE service. The last tracking information is 15th January the airline has taken the parcel. Then I didn't receive any another information about it. I am in Italy now and I don't have chance to call China post. I want to know where is my parcel and if it got lost how can I ask for a refund.

Hi Alessia,

It's not normal that it still hasn't reached in Italy in 5 months. It may be lost. It's hard for you to ask for refund in Italy.
