Is there any new information that was not updated with my package or it's lost.

I've received no updates about my package with the tracking number RG030943255CN. When I check the delivery updates (when it comes to the tracker), it says it arrived at the destination, which is Colombia. It has been like this since June 17. I checked with the local mailing service that I use to receive the purchases I've made so far, but they never got the package in their hands. I tried contacting the store, but after checking, they don't have any update either. Furthermore, I was advised to contact the carrier, but I don't know how to call a Chinese number, nor was I able to translate the website accurately. Where im going with this is just to make sure if my package ir completetly lost or there is some information missing from the tracking website.

It must be lost. It has been expired. In this case, you need to contact the seller to get a solution in time.
