I sent a parcel to China and it has been there for over a month and cannot be sent to the address, when will they return the shipment to me?

Hi jon,

It will be delivered again today. If you want the recipient to get it, you need to contact him and let him call the postman's phone number today 13686859833. It will be returned back if the delivery was failed for many times. Also, the return address should be clear on the label.

hey I received a reply that my parcel of clothings are stuck at China for a month already! Arrived at China on 3rd June, why can’t it be smoothly delivered to receiver as its a month already? I have contacted the seller and plainly kept replying me at transit despite my update and instruction that the company/seller is to contact China Post as its stuck for a month already!
