Item held by customs nairobi

Hello,
My parcel with tracking number RV3222346024CN, states it is held Nairobi C/QS by Custom. How do i get it or what am i supposed to do. It has been there since 7th Feb 2020. Kindly assist me in this.

You need to contact Kenya Post to ask how it to be released from the customs.

That is my percel tracking number it is held by Kenya customs and it is my first time to import
Please help me how i can get it
