My parcel with tracking number RV3222346024CN, states it is held Nairobi C/QS by Custom. How do i get it or what am i supposed to do. It has been there since 7th Feb 2020. Kindly assist me in this.

Hi is my first time dealing on item overseas,,,,,,,i received email for my package being at facility center Nairobi C/qc,,,,,,my question do i need to came to a post office to pick it or send the number for communicat,,, ,pleases I wil appreciate the concern over the clarification
You need to contact Kenya Post to ask how it to be released from the customs.
