Hello,
I have been sent a package from China with tracking no. UU549389681CN and it is 74 days in transit in state "Item presented to import Customs", is this normal? And how many days more until it arrives to destination?

My package LZ086022385CN says that it has been “presented to customs” and “Your item has been processed through a facility in ZHENGZHOU, CHINA on November 2, 2024 at 7:46 am.” It has been 9 days - when should get through and make it to the U.S.? Or has tracking just not updated yet?
