Hello,

I have sent a package to China with tracking CPO66364385IT it has been 30 days in transit in state "Item presented to import Customs", is this normal? how many days more until it arrives to destination?

Hi vincenzo grassano,

I don't find any tracking information for it. It's not a China Post tracking number. You'd better contact the seller to reflect the problem and require the seller to check it for you.
