Item returned to China

Hi. I ordered canvas from website purple roo more than 2 months ago. I sent them couple of emails for tracking my shipment,and they showed me that item is still on way to UAE.I called post in dubai,and they told me that it’s returned to China because it was long in the post .nobody didn’t informed me ,website even blocked me for sending them messages and emails .advice me what to do please .
