Item Stopped by Customs (Inbound) not moved for last month, please assist

|

Parcel tracking number: LK117293805AU
Is an item of clothing that didn't fit that I returned to the seller in China. It was sent on 17th March 2021, and arrived in China on 28th March. It sat from 28th March until 11th of may when it arrived at facility. It was then marked "Import stopped by Customs (Inbound)" on 11th May and has not moved since. The tracking number now says "expired". What can I do to get the item to be delivered to the seller so that I can get a refund?

Hi Rachel Weatherhead,

It didn't pass the check as the seller didn't declare to the customs. It's on the way back to Australia now.
