Item stuck at customs?

The tracking no CO982556596RO parcel is stuck at customs?
ITs almost a month and its still there.
How can i track it better?
How can i resolve?

Hi andrei,

Are you the receiver in China? If you are, you should have got a notice about how to get it from the customs. Check your message of smart phone to see if there is any notice about it.

noo im the sender...
its a return and i have my money stuck until it gets delivered.
It doesnt show that the reciver was notified.
