Hi David,

The recipient in China may need to pay for the tax to get it. You'd better contact the recipient to ask if he/she has received a notice about how to get it.

Greetings. CH189275196US. Item is an AliExpress return--seller misrepresented the type of unit and it was agreed that I could return it at no cost.
