Lost item signed by someone else

Hello, i bought an item about 7 months now and the product has been declared lost at several times. I tried to contact my post office and the one in China to know why the status has been declared lost but no one has replied to me. Today while checking my app i saw that the parcel has been signed by someone else and i would like to know why. Please contact me as soon as possible. Thank you.
