Lost package / 3 month+ duration for delivery?

Why has LO877605464CN not moved from being delivered to air transport in Shanghai. It has been the same for the last 44 days will I not receive my package at this stage it is a joke it is taking so long? I am using 17track to track the item.

Hi FCAN,

It was delivered to air transport on April 28 and is in transit to the USA now. It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in the USA after it was delivered to air transport. You'd better wait for more days to get update. If there is no update to the end of this month, you need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

Helllo,
I sent a package with the EMS service from Tasmania to Guangzhou a month ago. At first there was a problem with at the customs because the receiver had to pay a tax , once I paid the tax the update on the tracking website said it was ready for delivery and after 10 further days of wait and keep trying to get some real person support the chat support service says the system says it’s lost.
This is a very important parcel and it’s been very confusing and frustrating to deal with Chinapost

Please is there a way to better check if the package is really lost
